Step 1: Organizational Assessment

All work starts with an assessment of your entire organization or select areas. This step helps PNPC get to know your organization and how it functions. From the assessments, we use our expertise to develop recommendations to strengthen and increase the capacity of your organization. You will be presented with a comprehensive Assessment Summary, including recommendations and action steps. You will also receive a customizable template you can use to approach a business or foundation to fund the implementation of this capacity-building work.

The assessment is intended to be a useful guidance document whether you choose to continue working with PNPC on implementation or move forward implementing in your own way.

Step 2: Implementation & Training

Implementing the recommendations contained in the Organizational Assessment can be a big job - especially for nonprofit staff that already have too much on their plates. Let PNPC help! We offer the option of three and six-month packages to help you implement the recommendations and train staff and board members on new processes and procedures.

"I had the pleasure of working with Jen Bonnett during her time at the Maine State Society for the Protection of Animals, where she was an invaluable member of our donor development team. Jen’s expertise in maintaining donor relationships, crafting compelling communications, and managing our monthly giving program played a key role in strengthening our fundraising efforts. She also has a keen creative eye, designing brochures, flyers, and handouts that effectively conveyed our mission.

Beyond her technical skills, Jen is reliable, insightful, and always willing to share her expertise to further an organization’s goals. Her dedication and professionalism make her an outstanding resource for any nonprofit looking to enhance its development and outreach efforts. I highly recommend Jen’s consulting services!"
